Who is responsible for my package?
The tour operator named in your contract provides the package; we are your agent and help with any issue.
Do you drive to airports abroad?
Our transfers run to departure points in Ukraine and to airports in neighbouring countries, depending on current routes.
Can you organise a team trip to an expo?
Yes: travel, hotel, registration and stand logistics for exhibitors and visitors.

ISLAND TOUR LLC ("Island Tour", "we") operates as a travel agency, provides booking services, passenger land transport, organises congresses and trade shows, develops software and runs web portals, and retails cosmetics. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" and the GDPR.

2. Travellers
Names, dates of birth, passport details, contacts and travel preferences of each traveller, shared with tour operators, airlines, hotels and insurers to provide the trip, including outside Ukraine with appropriate safeguards.
3. Event delegates
Registration details and badge information shared with event organisers at the client's request.
4. Transfer passengers
Names, phones, pick-up addresses and flight numbers, kept for 6 months.
5. Booking portal
Account data and bookings. Card payments are processed by a licensed payment provider.
6. Shop customers
For online orders: name, delivery address and order. The packing list on this website works only in your browser.
7. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (tourism, tax), consent (newsletters, special requirements).
8. Retention
- Trip files: 3 years.
- Passport copies: deleted after the trip.
- Accounting records: as required by law.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
